Marcit Health is a marketplace that connects dental practices with dental professionals for temporary staffing. We facilitate connections but are not an employer, staffing agency, or employment service.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. User Responsibilities

Dental professionals are responsible for maintaining valid licenses and certifications. Practices are responsible for verifying credentials before allowing any professional to provide patient care.

5. Payments

All payment arrangements are made directly between practices and professionals. Marcit Health does not process payments or take a commission on shifts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Marcit Health is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
